5 pepperoni slices -- (about 1 oz)
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese -- grated
Fry the egg in 1 tsp butter, breaking the yoke. Fry well on both sides.
Place fried egg on a cookie sheet, layer egg first with the pepperoni
then the cheese.
Grill under broiler 2 mins.
For the rest of the family or others not in the Induction period add a
tablespoon of pizza sauce on the egg before the layer of pepperoni.
