A Hola Granola



3 cups cracked oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup mixed dried fruit
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup honey

Mix all ingredients together, spread on cookie sheet, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and break into pieces.
